This role involves overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The Incharge will play a key role in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and upholding the standards of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Open and close the outlet according to established procedures.
Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items to prevent spoilage and waste.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and other team members.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
Customer Service:
Ensure that all customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.
Lead by example in providing friendly and efficient customer interactions.
