Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute menu items based on brand standards
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
Supervise kitchen staff and manage shift schedules
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Handle inventory, stock control, and daily ordering
Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage
Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a Chef or CDP (Chef de Partie)
Strong knowledge of Indian and/or Continental cuisine
Proven ability to manage kitchen operations independently
Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations
Team player with leadership and time management skills
