We are looking for dynamic and target oriented Outdoor Sales Executives to represent our products/services in the field. This role involves travelling within assigned territories to meet clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients by traveling in designated areas.
Present and demonstrate products/services in person.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management on customer needs and competition.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely customer follow up and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
Fluent in
English and Hindi
(both spoken and written)
For freshers: Strong communication ability with high drive and willingness to learn
For experienced candidates: Proven experience in outdoor/field sales
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license and own transportation (preferred for field mobility)
Basic computer literacy (e.g. MS Office or CRM usage)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent -- preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
