Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites, generating leads, presenting products/services, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, daily field work, and a willingness to travel locally.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct regular site visits to meet prospective and existing customers.

Generate leads through field activities, networking, and referrals.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

Present product features, pricing, and proposals during field meetings.

Follow up with customers to close sales and achieve monthly targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned area.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, billing, service, and delivery.

Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/records regularly.

Participate in field promotional activities, campaigns, or events.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience (mandatory).

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Familiarity with the Ernakulam area is an added advantage.

Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp communication).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
