Role Overview

We are seeking a

Strategic Outdoor Media Planner & Buyer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing outdoor media campaigns that maximize visibility, reach, and ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective outdoor media plans in line with client objectives. Identify high-impact locations and media options (billboards, transit media, retail branding, etc.). Negotiate with media vendors for the best rates, placements, and added value. Monitor campaign execution to ensure quality and compliance with client expectations. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize strategies. Prepare detailed campaign reports and performance analysis. Collaborate with internal teams for creative alignment and campaign integration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in outdoor media planning & buying (agency experience preferred). Strong knowledge of outdoor media channels, market rates, and vendor networks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools.
