1. Objective of the Role*

To build, strengthen, and manage the outreach network and brand presence of Mind Power University across India by developing partnerships, driving admissions, and promoting the university's unique philosophy -- "Where Mind Meets Excellence."

2. Key Responsibilities*

Identify, onboard, and manage associate partners, career counsellors, schools, colleges, and coaching institutes, Computer Institutes, Any Other tpe of Educational Institute, training Center, Home Tutors, Private teachers, Retired Teachers, Pharmacy outlets, across key cities.

Organize and conduct school visits, career seminars, and education fairsto promote MPU programs.
Develop MOUswith institutions, Organizations & Individuals.
Achieve Target of----- No. of admissions.
Daily following Meetings: Minimum 2 Schools & 5 Educations Institutions
Monthly target of Mind Power University campus Free Tour(Excluding 35 Rs Per Diet Per candidate)of 12th Class Students from Schools is -300 or Tour from Coachings / Other Educational Institutions is -200. ::OR:: Monthly target of Mind Power University campus Paid Tour (2450 Rs) of 12th Class Students from Schools is -100 or Tour from Coachings / Other Educational Institutions is -75

Minimum 50 candidates Sholud Be in One Tour. Which could be from 1 Institution Or from Combination of more than one.
Maintain a city-wise database of associates and track performance & conversion metrics.
Plan and execute local and digital marketing campaigns, ad campaigns, and influencer engagement, design of brochures, posters, banners, and digital creativesfor branding activities.
Train associate counsellors and field representatives So that they can Achieve their targets.
Reporting & Coordination

Submit Daily, weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities, admissions status, marketing outcomes. Total no. of Institutions/Organizations/Individuals Tie-ups.
Total no. of Seminars,Counselings & data Filled.
Total No. of Schools & Coachings Students Tour.(Paid & Free)
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up of all Associates.
