Owlads Advertising Agency is looking for an energetic and self-motivated
Outdoor Marketing Executive
to support our on-ground marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and able to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and partners. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, communication, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, market research, and outdoor networking.
Promote the agency's advertising, branding, and digital marketing services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and partners.
Coordinate with vendors for outdoor advertising activities such as hoardings, banners, and promotional events.
Collect market data, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly targets to qualify for performance incentives.
Represent the company professionally during field interactions and meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-1 year of experience in outdoor marketing, field sales, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Ability to work independently with good time-management skills.
Familiarity with local areas and markets (preferred).
Two-wheeler license is an advantage.
