Job Summary:
We are hiring a
Labour Compliance Auditor / Field Executive
to conduct
labour law audits
at client sites and handle
PF/ESIC office follow-ups
. The role involves
checking client documentation
, ensuring
statutory compliance
(PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, CLRA, BOCW, etc.), and visiting
government offices
for registration, inspections, and claim work.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to
audit compliance documents and registers
Verify if clients have
necessary licences
(e.g.,
CLRA Licence
,
BOCW Registration
, etc.)
Check if clients are
paying PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF
for all eligible employees
Inspect
statutory registers
like Muster Roll, Wages Register, Bonus Register, Leave Register, etc.
Follow up at
EPFO, ESIC, Labour Office
, and other government departments for:
Registration work
PF Claims
Licence applications and renewals
Submission of required forms and documents
Assist internal team in preparing
client audit reports
Help clients with
labour inspection readiness
Eligibility:
Education:
Minimum 10th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience:
Freshers
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of
PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, CLRA, BOCW
Good communication (Hindi & Basic English)
Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Vasai, and nearby areas for audits and office follow-ups
Two-wheeler license preferred (not compulsory)
