We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International Voice Process team for lead generation. As a Voice Process Associate, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead Generation

: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for our clients.

Customer Interaction

: Engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about services, and promoting our offerings.

Data Entry

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve Targets

: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and call quality targets.

Communication

: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Follow-ups

: Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring they are progressing through the sales pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Excellent verbal communication skills (English). Basic knowledge of lead generation processes. Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Previous experience in an international voice process (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to adapt to new systems and tools quickly. Flexible to work in night shifts.
