Job Description

Books transportation and hotel reservations for International Destinations.
Receiving calls and providing the passengers with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information for International Destinations.
Dealing in vacation packages including flight, hotel, car and extra activities.
Should make travel, accommodation and related bookings.
Amending and cancelling flights, processing refunds, re- pricing, making new reservations and booking hotels, visas and other deals.
.Designing itineraries.
Maintaining high standard of service for the business and updating customers and suppliers via phone and emails.
Confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements.
Issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation.
Collects payment for transportation and accommodations from customer.
Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
Plans, describes, arranges, and sells itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers, utilizing knowledge of available travel services and promotional techniques.
Experience Required \xe2\x80\x93 5+ years
(Should have experience in Travel Industry only)
