Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven

Outbound Tele calling Executive

to connect with prospective students/parents, promote our EdTech programs, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from provided leads Explain courses, features, benefits, and fee structure clearly Generate and qualify leads; schedule counselling/demo sessions Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in CRM Handle objections professionally and close admissions where applicable Coordinate with counsellors and sales teams for lead closure Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Eligibility & Skills



Minimum Graduate in any discipline

2-5 years

of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or EdTech preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in

English

Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
