Role: Customer Care Executive
Experience:
Freshers with excellent communication skills OR
Minimum 6 months to 2 yrs +experience in outbound international voice process
PROCESS: Warranty Renewal.(UK sales)
Requirements:
Strong command over English
Experience in processes like survey, website sales, solar panels, gas & electricity, or any other international outbound voice process is preferred
Flexible with UK shifts
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM (Home drop facility provided)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred or candidates with maximum 15 days notice
