Osseous Surgicals is looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities from the office. The role combines sales coordination, payment follow-ups, lead generation, client calling, and communication with dealers and field executives

.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to clients and dealers to generate new leads. Handle incoming inquiries and share product details. Follow up with clients for payment recovery. Coordinate daily with field sales executives for updates and support. Maintain regular contact with dealers and distributors. Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and email campaigns. Maintain records of calls, inquiries, leads, and order status. Assist with marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and reporting tasks. Handle customer calls and forward inquiries to the concerned team.

Requirements

:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales coordination, telesales, or marketing support. Good spoken and written English with confident communication skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools is a plus). Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Graduate in any discipline.
