Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Make 40 outbound calls daily, including to doctors, clients, and field representatives across the assigned state.
Ensure a minimum of 10-12 productive calls per day focused on collecting orders, follow-ups, or confirmed interests.
Coordinate effectively with the field sales team to track daily activities and manage key client interactions.
Maintain and update accurate records of orders, doctor communications, and sales leads in Excel or CRM platforms
Regularly follow up with doctors to take orders, address queries, and build lasting professional relationships
Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports including call productivity, order volumes, and coordination efforts
Handle sales pressure and help meet overall team targets while maintaining clear and timely communication
Collaborate with management to implement and refine calling scripts and communication strategies
Participate in performance reviews, planning meetings, and contribute insights to improve territory performance.
