Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound sales calls
to potential customers and follow up on leads
Handle
inbound queries
related to diagnostic tests, health packages, and lab services
Explain
test details, pricing, offers, and booking process
clearly to customers
Convert enquiries into
confirmed bookings
while meeting daily and monthly targets
Ensure
accurate customer details
and proper call remarks in the CRM/system
Coordinate with
customer care, lab operations, and logistics teams
when required
Share
payment links
and assist customers with successful payment completion
Maintain
professional call etiquette
and high customer satisfaction
Adhere to
process guidelines, compliance, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (minimum 12th pass)
Good
communication skills
in Hindi & basic English
Prior
tele sales / call center / inside sales
experience preferred
Ability to handle
objections and closures
confidently
Basic knowledge of
CRM tools and MS Excel
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
if required
