Design and curate customized domestic & international travel itineraries as per client requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, transport operators, tour guides, and other service providers.
Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, activities, and travel trends.
Ensure accurate cost calculations and quotations using internal tools & vendor rates.
Oversee booking confirmations, vouchers, and necessary travel documents.
Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Train and guide team members for itinerary planning and customer interaction.
