Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to existing and potential customers for AMC renewals and new contracts.
Explain AMC benefits, offers, and pricing clearly.
Follow up on interested leads and maintain a daily call report.
Update call details in Google Sheets or CRM.
Coordinate with the service team for confirmed AMC customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year of experience in
Tele calling / outbound sales/customer service
preferred.
Good communication skills in
Hindi, Bengali and English.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Positive attitude and ability to work with daily targets.
