We are a fast-growing training & skill development company helping students and professionals upgrade their careers in Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, and AI. We are now expanding our sales & marketing team and looking for energetic Telecalling Executives who are passionate about communication, conversions, and social media branding.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Sales



Make outbound calls to leads, explain course details, and convert enquiries into enrollments. Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp & email. Maintain daily call logs, customer details, and follow-up schedules. Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets with proper pipeline management.

Marketing Activities



Support

ground-level marketing activities

such as: Distributing pamphlets Visiting colleges / events Conducting street-level awareness campaigns Collecting lead data from field activities Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and career events.

Social Media Engagement



Promote our courses on social media channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn). Handle basic content posting, lead form creation, and engagement follow-ups. Share daily updates, testimonials, and promotional content to attract new leads.

Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with the Sales & Counselling team for lead status updates. Provide clear feedback on customer expectations, objections, and market trends. Maintain high professionalism and customer-first communication.

Required Skills



Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Confident in speaking with students and working professionals. Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, WhatsApp Broadcast, Facebook). Ability to handle pressure, targets, and high-volume calling. Good persuasion, negotiation & follow-up skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
