Job Summary

The Tele-calling Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by leading the entire sales cycle, primarily through tele-calling and remote communication channels. This role requires a professional who can articulate the value of digital marketing solutions to potential clients, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:



Lead Generation:

Initiate and manage high-volume outbound calls (tele-calling) to potential clients (B2B/SME owners, marketing heads, etc.) to introduce Admonk's digital marketing services.

Sales Cycle Management:

Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and lead qualification.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Product Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of Admonk's service offerings (SEO, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.) and effectively communicate how these solutions address client needs.
Qualifications and Experience

Required:



Experience:

Minimum of

3+ years of proven success

in sales, business development, or marketing, with a significant portion of that experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or remote selling roles.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, including concepts like SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred:



Experience selling services (B2B/intangible products) rather than physical goods.
Essential Skills

Active Listening:

Ability to listen to client needs and pivot the sales pitch accordingly.

Negotiation & Closing:

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to finalize deals.

Resilience:

Persistence and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and daily calling schedules.

Pay: ₹9,073.16 - ₹27,327.05 per month
