Previous Experience in Education admission or counselling preferred.
Make outbound calls daily to student/parent leads
Explain program offerings, destination countries, fee structures, and other relevant details
Follow up with warm leads, convert inquiries to counseling appointments or applications
Update CRM daily with call outcomes and lead status
Coordinate with counselors and admissions teams
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments
Assist in WhatsApp/SMS campaigns and event promotions
