We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting inquiries into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively over the phone.
Handle inbound queries and follow up diligently.
Maintain customer databases and update records after every interaction.
Schedule appointments for the sales team wherever necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
