We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive International Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with international clients over phone calls, generating leads, pitching products/services, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Deliver sales pitches, presentations, and handle customer objections effectively.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure smooth sales execution.
Candidate Requirements
2-4 years' experience in international telesales, with demonstrated success in export sales (natural stones industry preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with international markets, export processes, and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
