About the role

As an Outbound SDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7-8 outbound SDRs. You will also be responsible for hiring and building your team. At the crux of the role, your team will have a book of accounts and they will be responsible for generating pipeline for our Core US SMB Sales team.
Your role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of SDRs while establishing clear KPIs to track and enhance performance. You will develop and implement targeted outbound sales strategies, ensuring the generation and qualification of leads that align with our ideal customer profiles.
Collaborating closely with AE's, AE Managers and marketing teams, you will manage and analyze the sales pipeline to identify trends, forecast accurately, and implement strategies that drive revenue growth. Your leadership will foster a positive, collaborative work environment, motivating the team through effective communication, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements.

What you will do

Hire, Train, and Develop SDRs to effectively engage and qualify new business opportunities prospecting into NAMER SMB TAM
You have to be brilliant at Outbound talk track creation for cold calling & custom email outreaches to work with your SDRs on a day to day
Work side by side with your reps and coach them to handle objections and pitch Rippling in order to book demos with prospects
Work cross-functionally with Marketing to improve Account to Meeting Booked conversion rates from Outbound within a set of assigned accounts
Work cross-functionally with sales leadership to improve demos to sales qualified opportunity conversion rates
Strong leader that owns a specific function and is able to translate the needs of the business throughout their org
What you will need

You are an ambitious and a hands-on leader. We want people who like to be in trenches with their SDR reps which means you dont mind cold calling yourself, review cold calls of your team, help design OB strategies.
2+ years of Outbound SDR management experience prospecting into Global Markets preferably US/ NAMER
3+ years of IC experience in a SaaS ecosystem. NAMER SaaS experience is a must
Proven track record of exceeding goals as an individual contributor and manager
Experience successfully managing teams that work in high volume sales cycles
Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skill
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
