Compensation

Salary range: ₹35,000 (take-home)

Eligibility

At least 6 months of documented experience as a Sales Trainer OR 1 year of overall training experience. Prior exposure to BFSI sales is essential. Must have solid understanding of outbound sales frameworks. Only applicants available for immediate joining will be considered. A minimum CIBIL score of 650 is mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions for fresh hires as well as existing staff on outbound sales practices. Design and conduct training modules focused on Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and offerings. Track, assess, and share feedback on training outcomes. Offer on-floor assistance post-training to ensure smooth knowledge application. Work on strategies to enhance selling skills, handling objections, and customer interaction.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
