Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, retailers, or channel partners to promote SmartDukaan's products and services.
Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
Maintain customer database and record all call information accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and feedback.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate with relevant experience.
Experience:
2 to 3 years in outbound calling, telesales, or telemarketing (preferably in retail, telecom, or electronics sector).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Target-oriented and confident with strong follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling tools).
