Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound call for Lead Generations and Sales Closures marking and making follow-ups to potential clients from curated databases.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and value propositions effectively
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and follow the protocols of senior sales reps
Handle objections and resolve customer queries with confidence and clarity
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems/Mobile App.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and lead conversion.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for campaign support
Participate in sales training and feedback sessions for continuous improvement
