Job Description

Kajkarma Innovations is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Specialist who can generate leads, run multi-channel outreach, and book qualified meetings for our tech agency.
Agency experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities


Perform all types of outbound outreach:
Cold calling
Cold email
LinkedIn outreach
WhatsApp campaigns
Social media DM outreach

Research and identify potential clients for:


Website development
Web apps & mobile apps
Custom software
AI automation & AI agents
Digital marketing services

Qualify leads and book high-quality sales meetings.

Maintain CRM, follow-up sequences, and pipeline tracking.
Achieve monthly targets for meetings and qualified leads.

Requirements


1-3+ years of outbound sales experience in a digital agency or IT/tech agency (mandatory).
Strong experience in all types of outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social).
Strong communication & objection-handling skills.
Experience pitching tech services to founders, startups, and SMEs.
Ability to hit monthly KPIs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,394.25 - ₹52,715.55 per month
