Roles & responsibilities




Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including Email, LinkedIn, Phone, market research, and referrals. Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and present our software solutions to prospective customers. Email Campaign Development: Create email templates, write email copy, and manage email databases. Campaign Execution: Segment email lists, personalize emails, and run A/B tests. Campaign Analysis: Use analytical tools to track and measure campaign success. Meeting Goals: Working towards monthly KPIs and Lead Generation targets. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Skills required




2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services or software development industry. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT services and software development; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. * Collaborative approach with a willingness to support and learn from colleagues.
