Outbound Sales Representative
to help us convert
inbound warm leads
into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Handle warm leads received via website forms and inbound calls.
Clearly present service options and quotations to prospective clients.
Guide customers through the booking process from inquiry to confirmation.
Accurately record customer information using CRM and lead management tools.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and follow-up communication.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong verbal communication and sales closing skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in outbound or phone-based sales.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work under pressure.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record.
Proficient with basic computer skills and CRM systems.
Must have a personal computer or laptop with a webcam and headset.
What We Offer
Monthly Salary: ₹28,000 - ?30,000 INR (net, based on experience)
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 INR/month
