Lead the outbound team of field sales execs, telecallers, and support staff.
Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and daily plans.
Review lead pipelines, assign follow-ups, and ensure order closure.
Coordinate meetings and product demos across India.
Act as a single point for all customer escalations in outbound flow.
Liaise with factory/logistics to ensure timely delivery post-order.
Maintain CRM discipline and generate weekly review reports.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on outbound roles.
Strong people management and team-building experience.
Familiarity with CRM tools, funnel tracking, and structured reporting.
Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi/Tamil a plus.
Proven track record of closing deals and managing high-value accounts.
Ability to travel occasionally for key closures or escalations.
