Role Overview

Seeking motivated and target-driven Telesales Associates to promote digital healthcare solutions. Ideal for candidates with a background in BPO, insurance, or loans, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in the growing digital health industry.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to sell healthcare plans and services.

Understand customer needs to recommend suitable plans (including EMI and high-ATS offerings).

Clearly explain benefits, features, and pricing; handle objections and questions confidently.

Follow up with prospects to maintain rapport and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Accurately log interactions, lead status, and feedback into CRM systems.

Share insights and progress with the team lead regularly.

Stay updated with offerings like doctor consultations, chronic care, SmartSave, mental health services, and more.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience in insurance, loans, or BPO domains.

Skills: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati) is a plus.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and handling objections professionally.

Ability to build trust and communicate services clearly.

Quick learner interested in digital healthcare/telemedicine.

Education

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in any stream
