Telus International is hiring experienced sales professionals for its
Outbound Sales - SMB (Small and Medium Businesses)
Voice Process. The ideal candidate must have
at least 1 year of experience
in
international BPO voice-based sales
, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential SMB customers in international markets.
Pitch products and services persuasively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
Deliver excellent customer service during the entire sales process.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in
international voice-based BPO sales
is mandatory.
Excellent
verbal communication skills in English
.
Should be comfortable with
continuous night shifts
.
Must be
Undergraduate or Graduate
from any stream.
No employment gap of more than 6 months
after the last organization will be accepted.
Strong sales skills, resilience, and target-driven attitude.
