Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell

healthcare plans and digital health services

through outbound calling. Understand customer needs - both health and financial - and recommend appropriate solutions with a focus on

high-ATS plans and EMI options

. Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and address customer queries confidently to drive conversions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction. Accurately document interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the Team Leader by sharing daily progress, customer objections, and suggestions for improvement. Develop in-depth product knowledge of

offerings

, including: Doctor Consultations SmartSave Programs Chronic Care Management Mental Health Services

Skills & Competencies:



6 months to 1 year of

tele-sales experience

, preferably in

healthcare, insurance, or fintech sectors

. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Excellent verbal communication in

Hindi and English

; knowledge of

regional languages

(Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada) is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with a

customer-centric approach

. Ability to work in a

target-driven environment

, confidently handle objections, and close deals. Fast learner with adaptability to product updates and enhancements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,165.77 per month
