Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell healthcare plans and value-added services to prospective customers. Assess customer needs--both health-related and financial--to recommend appropriate plans, emphasizing high ATS (Average Ticket Size) offerings and EMI-based solutions. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and address customer queries to build rapport and trust. Ensure strong post-call engagement through follow-ups, aiding in a seamless onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback using CRM tools. Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and suggestions to the team leader for performance optimization. Keep up-to-date with all company healthcare services such as digital consultations, chronic care management, mental health support, and savings plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience:

6-12 months in outbound telesales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or fintech domains.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in both Hindi and English.

Sales Performance:

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with high conversion rates.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Customer Focus:

Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Adaptability:

Quick learner, able to understand and pitch evolving product offerings effectively.

Target Orientation:

Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong objection-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,165.77 per month
