Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Executive for field-based lead generation and distributor identification. This role involves extensive travel and direct interaction with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Travel daily to assigned locations for lead generation
Identify and approach potential distributors and retailers
Promote products and explain features and benefits
Maintain daily activity and lead reports via company app
Eligibility
MBA / BBA / Marketing / Business / Commerce graduates
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of field sales experience
Willingness to travel extensively
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented
Basic Tamil and English communication
Ability to work independently in the field
