Role Overview
We are
immediately hiring
energetic and motivated
Outbound Sales Executives (OBSE)
for
Erode and Karur
regions.
This is a
field-based sales role
involving
daily market visits
,
distributor identification
, and
lead generation
.

in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
Travel within your assigned district:
Candidates from
Erode
will travel to different areas within
Erode district
, and candidates from
Karur
will travel to various localities within
Karur district
.
Each OBSE is responsible for identifying and developing new distributors in their
respective home district
.
Conduct
daily field visits
to identify potential distributors and retail partners for Hagg Foods beverages.
Generate
qualified leads
through local networking, market visits, and creative observation.
Promote Hagg Foods' product range and clearly explain
benefits, profit margins, and growth potential
to prospective distributors.
Use innovative methods to identify leads -- visiting stalls, observing delivery routes, and engaging with beverage shop owners.
Maintain
daily and weekly reports
on leads, visits, and conversions.
Achieve
minimum 10 qualified leads per day
and meet monthly distributor onboarding targets.
Build
long-term relationships
with distributors and ensure consistent brand presence in the market.
Eligibility Criteria
Any
Bachelor's degree
(MBA in Marketing preferred).
1-2 years of experience
in field sales (FMCG experience preferred).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Must be
willing to travel extensively
within the assigned district (Erode or Karur).
Strong
local area knowledge
and ability to identify potential business opportunities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Sample Daily Routine
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM:
Review previous day's leads and plan route for the day.
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM:
Visit key market areas in assigned district to find new distributors.
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM:
Lunch break + review progress.
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM:
Continue market visits and meet prospective partners.
6:00 PM:
Submit daily report and update lead status.
Performance Goals
Generate
at least 10 qualified distributor leads per day
