Role Overview



We are looking for

smart, articulate, and driven sales professionals

who can confidently pitch and sell curated

healthcare packages

to prospective customers. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, understands customer psychology, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Conversion:

Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS to convert interest into sales

Consultative Selling:

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare packages (e.g., consultation, wellness plans, preventive care)

Outbound Campaigns:

Run targeted outreach campaigns to cold and warm leads using CRM tools

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on healthcare offerings, pricing, and benefits to deliver accurate information

Sales Closure:

Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals with professionalism and urgency

Follow-ups & Retention:

Ensure timely follow-ups and build long-term relationships for repeat business

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and pipeline status in CRM

Ideal Candidate Profile



Education:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred

Experience:

1-5 years in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales

Industry Background:

EdTech, HealthTech, Insurance, Wellness, or B2C services

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Empathy and customer-centric approach CRM proficiency (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
