Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and by using tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Make Outbound calls and Send emails to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify gap areas and customer propose suitable solutions.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and business updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferred candidates from International Call Center handling ITES / Digital Marketing Outbound Sales
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
