Outbound Sales Executive - IT Services (Bhopal)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

?30,000 - ?50,000 per month (based on performance)

:

Make outbound B2B calls to business owners and decision-makers

Understand business requirements and pitch IT services (Web, App, ERP, CRM)

Manage leads end-to-end: first call, follow-ups, qualification, closure or handover

Maintain accurate lead and call data in CRM

Coordinate with technical teams to communicate client requirements

Prepare daily call activity reports and weekly conversion summaries

Requirements:

Fluent Hindi and professional English communication

Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Comfortable with targets, rejection, and accountability

IT / software sales experience preferred (or relevant education background)

CRM experience (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce preferred)

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
