We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote products/services to clients with a clear understanding of their needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Willingness to travel if required.
