Position Overview:


The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls. Explain product/service features and benefits to prospects clearly and professionally. Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and buying potential. Schedule product demos or appointments for the sales team. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure strong engagement and conversion. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with prospects. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for smooth coordination. Build long-term professional relationships with clients.
