Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings to promote company products and services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements
Excellent
English communication and interpersonal skills
(both verbal and written).
Minimum
6 months - 2 years of experience
in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
EdTech industry experience
preferred.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
