Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Generate sales leads and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet business goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English/Hindi/regional).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and target-oriented approach.
Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, or BPO preferred.
