We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, explaining their benefits, and generating sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
Introduce and explain company products/services in a clear and effective manner.
Answer customer queries confidently to build trust and interest.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with interested prospects for closing sales or scheduling meetings.
Report feedback from customers to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum HSC (12th pass) or any graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM updates.
Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10 am - 6:30 pm
