Who are you?
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Outbound Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Any Graduate degree
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What will you be doing?
As an Outbound Logistics Executive, your typical workday will involve a variety of tasks to ensure seamless product dispatch. You will be responsible for managing the entire outbound logistics process, from dispatch to delivery confirmation. You will track shipments, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Track dispatched vehicles and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the aftermarket team and other stakeholders to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Confirm vehicle deliveries to the sales team and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
