We are looking for a customer-focused Outbound Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, handle queries and complaints, and support post-sales communication. The role involves outbound calling, managing customer feedback, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer concerns and maintain service quality standards.
  • Maintain and update customer data, call logs, and reports using Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow established communication scripts and service processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Any graduate.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, telecalling, or outbound calling roles.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Excel and data management.
  • Languages: English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up and documentation skills.
Preferred Attributes
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Prior experience in outbound customer communication is an advantage.
