Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Customer Service Executive to connect with customers, promote company offerings, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to work towards targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Promote products/services and generate interest or sales. Provide information, answer queries, and handle objections professionally. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and relationship building. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the system. Work towards daily/weekly targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales/support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:



Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, or telemarketing preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). High school diploma/graduate; bachelor's degree is a plus.
