About the Role:

As a Clicker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Dialer Admin team by:

Clicking calls:

Manually initiate calls based on agents' availability

Data entry:

Maintaining accurate records of call data and other relevant information.

Basic administrative tasks:

Assisting the Dialer Admin team with various administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Positive and friendly attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to learn quickly Excellent teamwork skills
