Position : Outbound Calling Operations Manager
Location : Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Client Interaction
Make direct outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
Explain our digital marketing services clearly and convincingly.
Pitch services related to selling and scaling on:
Amazon
Flipkart
Meesho
eBay
JioMart
Blinkit
Zepto
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages.
Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
Digital Marketing Services Selling
Promote and explain:
Amazon / Flipkart seller onboarding & account management
Product listing, cataloging & optimization
Brand growth strategies on marketplaces
Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Lead generation & brand awareness via Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Team Management & Operations
Manage and train outbound calling executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets.
Monitor call quality, conversions, and performance metrics.
Create sales scripts and objection-handling guidelines.
Ensure CRM updates and proper lead tracking.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
Provide feedback to improve service offerings and sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound calling / telesales / inside sales is preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing & e-commerce platforms.
Hands-on understanding of:
Amazon & Flipkart seller ecosystem
Google Ads & Meta Ads basics
Social media marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage targets and lead a sales team.
Comfortable speaking in English & Hindi (regional language a plus).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
