Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Outbound Calling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, explaining our services, and generating interest among potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

? Share detailed information about our business services in a clear and engaging manner.

? Handle client queries and provide initial consultation over call.

? Generate interest and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

? Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

? 1-2 years of telecalling or sales calling experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

? Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Odia are required; understanding of English is essential.

? Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.

? Ability to handle rejections and keep a positive attitude and polite voice.
